At NdugaGambia, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains how we handle returns and refunds.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been processed for delivery in The Gambia, cancellations may not be possible.

Returns

Due to the nature of grocery products, most food items cannot be returned once delivered.

However, we may offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Damaged items upon delivery
  • Missing products from the order

Reporting Issues

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos if applicable

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

Replacements

In certain cases, we may send a replacement item instead of issuing a refund.
